As a policy, no exchange or returns are offered on any product that’s delivered in the best of condition. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to re-fulfilling your order. Please notify us on email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery. The right product will be delivered to the customer in 7 working days.
